We do not sell personal data. We do not share for targeted advertising where restricted by law; where required, we offer opt-out.
Data may transfer to countries with different data protection standards. We use appropriate safeguards including EU Standard Contractual Clauses for such transfers. UK transfers utilize the UK Addendum/IDTA as applicable.
Personal data retention continues as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate purposes (security, legal, accounting). You may request deletion; we commit to reasonable deletion timelines unless retention is legally required or justified by legitimate interests.
We employ cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through browser settings and our cookie banner. Disabling certain cookies may impact functionality.
We use the following analytics tools to understand how users interact with our platform and to improve the user experience:
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent.
Exercise your GDPR rights by emailing privacy@promptev.ai. You may lodge complaints with your supervisory authority.
Your rights include knowing, deleting, correcting, and opting out of sale/sharing. No discrimination applies for exercising rights. Contact privacy@promptev.ai or use available web forms. We verify requests and respond within statutory timeframes.

Promptev integrates with Google API Services (Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets) to enable AI agents to act on your behalf. Below is a summary of how data from each service is accessed, used, and protected.
You can revoke Promptev's access to your Google account at any time by visiting Google Account Permissions or by disconnecting the integration within the Promptev dashboard. Upon revocation, Promptev will no longer be able to access your Google data, and stored tokens will be deleted.
Promptev's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The PromptevAI extension for Chrome lets an AI agent from your own Promptev workspace carry out a task on websites in your browser, with your approval. This section explains what the extension handles.
The extension does nothing by itself. It acts only when an agent of your workspace sends a step, only in the tab the agent works in, and only while your Promptev chat is open. It does not read your other tabs, and it does not record your own clicks or keystrokes.
The agent never types into a password field, and the extension does not read or store your passwords, cookies or browsing history.
The use of information received through the extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You choose in the chat how the agent asks you before it acts, you can stop the agent at any moment, and you can remove the extension from Chrome at any time. A workspace admin can switch browser use off for the whole workspace.
We use AI models to generate requested outputs but do not engage in solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date and required notifications where applicable. Continued service use indicates acceptance of changes.
